How to use a Peckstone

Peckstones should ideally be introduced from day-old but can be introduced at any stage during the production cycle.

For chicks and broilers

Remove Peckstone from bowl and place directly on the floor.
Provide 1 Peckstone per 1000 birds.

For laying hens

Place Peckstone on top of overturned bowl.
Provide 1 Peckstone per 500 to 800 birds.
